1. General Terms

1.1 — Platform Operator

The ph497 platform ("ph497," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") is an online gaming service operating under the regulatory authority of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between ph497 and any individual ("Player," "User," "you") who registers an account on or accesses the Platform.

1.2 — Scope of Services

1.3 — Language and Interpretation

These Terms are written in English, which is the official language of this agreement. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail. Clause headings are for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of these Terms.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 — Age Requirement

The ph497 platform is strictly restricted to persons who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older. This age requirement is mandated by PAGCOR and is non-negotiable under any circumstances. By registering an account, you declare and warrant that you are at least 21 years old at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while using the Platform.

2.2 — Geographic Restrictions

ph497 is operated and licensed for the Philippine market. You are responsible for determining whether accessing ph497 is lawful in your jurisdiction. ph497 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure your access to ph497 complies with the laws of your country of residence.

2.3 — One Account Per Person

Each individual may maintain only one (1) registered account on the ph497 platform. Duplicate accounts — including accounts registered using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, or device combinations — are strictly prohibited. ph497 reserves the right to suspend all accounts associated with a person found to hold multiple accounts and to forfeit any balances, bonuses, or winnings held therein. If you believe a duplicate account exists under your details due to error, contact ph497 support immediately.

2.4 — Registration Requirements

To register an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and email address. 2.5 — KYC Verification

ph497 is required under its PAGCOR license to verify the identity of all registered players. Acceptable identity documents include: Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) birth certificate, Philippine passport, UMID, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, and driver's license issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO). Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the time period specified by ph497 may result in account suspension and the restriction of deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay.

3. Account Obligations

3.1 — Account Security

3.3 — Accurate Account Information

All information provided in connection with your ph497 account must be truthful, accurate, and complete at all times. ph497 reserves the right to request re-verification of your identity at any time. Providing false information, including a false name, date of birth, or payment details, is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

4. Deposits & Payments

4.1 — Accepted Payment Methods

ph497 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco De Oro (BDO), Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may change at ph497's discretion. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

4.2 — Minimum Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at ph497 is ₱100 unless otherwise stated for specific promotions. Maximum deposit limits may apply on a per-transaction or per-period basis and may vary based on your account tier, KYC status, and responsible gaming settings.

4.3 — Source of Funds

By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds deposited are from a legitimate source, are not proceeds of criminal activity, and do not constitute money laundering or fraud. ph497 may request documentation confirming the source of funds for any deposit at its reasonable discretion. 4.4 — Currency

Where a payment method transacts in a foreign currency, the conversion rate applied will be that of ph497's payment processing partner at the time of the transaction. ph497 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 — Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals from your ph497 account are only available to fully verified (KYC-complete) accounts. ph497 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name and linked to your verified ph497 account.

5.2 — Withdrawal Processing Times

ph497 targets withdrawal processing within 24 hours for verified accounts. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 1–60 minutes during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to 3 banking days depending on the receiving institution. Processing times are estimates and not guarantees.

5.3 — Wagering Requirements Prior to Withdrawal

Where a deposit has attracted a bonus, withdrawal of the combined deposit and bonus balance may be subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Attempting to withdraw a bonus-tagged balance before satisfying applicable wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus portion of the balance. Real-money deposits not subject to any bonus are freely withdrawable subject to verification requirements.

5.4 — Withdrawal Refusal

ph497 reserves the right to refuse or delay a withdrawal where it reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms. 6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 — Promotional Eligibility

All promotions offered by ph497 are subject to specific terms published alongside each promotion. General eligibility conditions include: the player must hold a verified ph497 account, must be 21 years of age or older, and must not be a player who has opted into ph497's self-exclusion program. ph497 reserves the right to decline to offer any promotion to any player at its discretion.

6.2 — One Bonus Per Player

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, ph497 promotional offers are limited to one per eligible player, per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method. Attempting to claim a promotion multiple times using different accounts constitutes bonus abuse and is a serious breach of these Terms.

6.3 — Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds issued by ph497 are subject to wagering requirements stated in the applicable promotion terms before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Unless stated otherwise, wagering requirements must be completed within the time window specified. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.

6.4 — Bonus Abuse

ph497 actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk, multiple accounts claiming the same promotion, and coordinated play between accounts. ph497 reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings derived from bonus abuse and to permanently close the accounts of players found to have engaged in such conduct.

7. Gameplay Rules

7.1 — Game Rules

Each game available on the ph497 platform is governed by its own specific game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these general Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics. All other matters are governed by these Terms.

7.2 — Random Number Generation

All ph497 slot games and RNG-based games utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software independently audited for fairness. Live casino games use genuine physical outcomes (real cards, real roulette wheels, real dice) streamed in real time. ph497 does not manipulate game outcomes. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are published within the game information panel.

7.3 — Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or game error, the round affected may be declared void by ph497 and any stakes placed in that round refunded. ph497's decision on the outcome of a disputed or malfunction-affected game round is final, subject to the complaint procedure set out in Section 7.4. ph497 is not liable for losses arising from network failures on the player's side.

7.4 — Dispute Resolution

Disputes submitted after this period will not be considered. ph497 will investigate all disputes in good faith and respond within a reasonable time. Players who remain dissatisfied with ph497's resolution may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through PAGCOR's formal dispute resolution process.

9. Prohibited Conduct

9.1 — Prohibited Activities

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph497 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using the Platform in any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law;
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering or any other illegal financial activity;
• Colluding with other players or coordinating bets to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to play games or exploit the Platform;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform system;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud and credit card fraud;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing ph497 staff, other players, or any third party in connection with the Platform;
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the ph497 platform, its systems, or its data.

10. Suspension & Termination

10.1 — ph497's Right to Suspend or Terminate

ph497 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that: (a) these Terms have been breached; (b) the player has engaged in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9; (c) the player is under 21 years of age; (d) the player has requested self-exclusion; or (e) ph497 is required to do so by PAGCOR or any other competent authority.

10.2 — Effect of Termination

Upon termination of an account for reasons attributable to player breach of these Terms, ph497 reserves the right to retain any balance in the affected account including deposits, bonuses, and winnings. Where an account is closed for reasons not attributable to player breach (e.g., player-initiated closure), any verified net real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable time.

11. Intellectual Property

11.1 — Ownership

All content on the ph497 platform, including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, and multimedia content, is the intellectual property of ph497 or its licensed third-party providers. 11.2 — Restrictions

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the ph497 platform without the prior written consent of ph497. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph497's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph497 account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. ph497 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

12.3 — Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ph497 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Platform.

13.2 — Cookies

ph497 uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the Platform, analyse usage, and personalise your experience. By continuing to use the Platform, you consent to the use of cookies in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

14.1 — Philippine Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal proceedings relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

14.2 — Regulatory Authority

ph497 operates under the authority of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). PAGCOR's rules, regulations, and decisions take precedence over these Terms where any conflict arises. Players may direct unresolved regulatory complaints to PAGCOR through its official channels.
